Why do I always feel sleepy?

Dear blogger,

Why do i always feel sleepy is the topic that inspired me today to post about it and share with others.Well, i just started working with a company in Sabah. It is a GLC a.k.a government link company. Alhamdulillah, this is my first job and first interview after finish my studies. I freakingly need money for my graduation day that will be on November, expected to in the mid of November. I have been working for 8 days already. While this time i feel so sleepy while working eventhough i sleep around 7/8 hours pernight. as usual i surfing internet this morning then this "why do i always feel sleepy" pop out on the yahoo. So, here i want to share with readers.

It could happen for a wide combination of poor habits, change the easy one's first, the conditions listed on the bottom are possible if the problem of feeling sleepy persists:

  • Not enough sleep
  • Eating poorly. (eating foods that have no nutritional value and do not give your body the nutrients, energy, and sustenance. Eating foods that are sugary or contain caffeine. (both will spike your blood sugar and cause you to crash)Not eating often enough (A small snack every 4 hours will keep your blood sugar up, you won't get tired)
  • Not getting any exercise.

Conditions that will make you tired:

  1. Anemia
  2. Hyperglycemia
  3. Depression
Here are some solutions that may help you to resolve the problem:-
  • Not getting enough sleep = You need at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night
  • Do not eat too much or had a big meal= It happens right after you just eat a lot. It would make you tired. Eat healthy food like vegetable and fruits. If u need a big portion of your meal, it is fine but reduce the carbohydrate and eat a lot of vegetable, fish and for chicken avoid part like wing or fatty part.
  • Over weight or under weight = If you are over weight, it is because you are not getting enough exercise. So go to the gym, go walking, or do something to keep you busy and try to lose weight. Or if you are under weight.It is best if you talk to doctor, eat more, but eat right. That way can bring your weight up. Not eating anything can shut down your brain, and can make you weak.
  • Eating too much junk food or soft drinks/alcohol.= Consuming too much unhealthy foods is not healthy diet and  it is not good for your body. It may seem good and taste good as well. But it will slow down your body and make you tired because your body do not get enough nutrient. Plus, do not drink frequently a lot of soft drinks and alcohol. Those drinks are okay for once in awhile. But too much of it can harm yourself. So, replace it with water. Drink lots of water minimum 8 litre perday or 2 large bottle mineral water.
  • Busy life= You may be working too hard or have pack schedule such as stay late at night to study or busy working and study. due too busyness you are lacking rest and sleep you should try to slow it down a little. Theres no need to speed things up!You need to rest more.the important things is have a well rest, enough sleep and take care of your meal.
  • Last but not least,you could also get a checkup from doctor.

Have you ever heard about DR. JOHNSON? He's real name is Spencer Johnson and he is one of the world's most influential thinkers and widely read #1 bestselling authors. I've known him from his book, "Who Moved My Cheese".

So, the purpose today is I want to share with all of you about this book, "Who Moved My Cheese". this book is very good and interesting. Plus, this book is very thin and i suggest that you all read this book. It is good for them that hate changes and trust me you'll think a lot while you're reading this book. I'll also recommend to them that have just 'breaking up' or frustrated with whatever obstacles that you have face. This book can help you to be a remedy for yourself and become a better person. Try this book...read it and you will never resist to change because changes can be 1 step that can 
                                                                               make your life great.it is an amazing way to deal with        
                                                                               change in your work and in your life.

Well, not really still got time to relax and took few shot  while in that class.

Why it's better to be a Woman!

<3 We get to flirt with systems support men who always return our calls, and are nice to us when we blow up our computers.

<3 Our boyfriend's clothes make us look elfin & gorgeous. Guys look like complete idiots in ours. (oooohh, now i know why the boyfriend's shirt exist and yup I've to agree with it, we always look good on it.... ;P )

<3 We can be groupies. Male groupies are stalkers.

<3 We can cry and get off speeding fines.

<3 We've never lusted after a cartoon character or the central female figure in a computer game.

<3 Taxis stop for us.

<3 Men die earlier, so we get to cash in on the life insurance.

<3 We don't look like a frog in a blender when dancing.

<3 Free drinks, Free dinners, Free movies ... (you get the point).

<3 We can hug our friends without wondering if she thinks we're gay.

<3 New lipstick gives us a whole new lease on life. ( ehm..really? i've never thought about it...lipstick?huh...but i know one girl that never can leave her lipstick, even before sleep...interesting....hehehee)

(hahhahaa....yup some girls are really cute when they are dumb, but clever girl hard to deal with..why? because she knows everything...don't believe me, watch these movies - fairly legal and playfull kiss...and can't deny, a lot of women like smart guy..they just look adorable....hehhehee...)



<3 We have the ability to dress ourselves.

<3 We can talk to people of the opposite sex without having to picture them naked.

<3 If we marry someone 20 years younger, we're aware that we look like an idiot.
Our friends won't think we're weird if we ask whether there's spinach in our teeth.

<3 There are times when chocolate really can solve all your problems.

<3 We can fully assess a person just by looking at their shoes.( If the guy wears a smart shoes =<3=CooL=$$$$...guy with dirty shoes = laZy=BrokE=Not so CooL...really? but i know a guy with dirty shoes, it just he likes to wear it..the shoes not reflecting his personality...he is intelligent and love tidy place, and it's not what we expected he is....like dirty and what so ever....he just like to wear the shoes, some of them believe the longer they wear the shoes, more comfortable it become..so sometimes this theory won't work...don't judge the book by its cover...ngeee....)

<3 We know which glass was ours by the lipstick mark. ( wow, amazing...and lipstick mark on the collar, shows that your husband are cheating on you....)

<3 We have enough sense to realize that the easiest way to get out of being lost is to ask for directions.

Here are 10 things to turn our frowns upside down:

1-a day off from work or school....of course semester break..i love it...stay relax and no need to use brains hardly and deeply....


2-a field of wild flowers..nice scenery make you relax and feel peace....

3-a hot bubble bath...time to release tension...you will need it...

4-home made ice cream or just buy it....especially in a hot day....

5-a walk on the beach....you can enjoy the scenery and relax your body with exercise...good for you that always busy with work and assignment...you need time to exercise...good for you health....

6-getting an A for your exam or get compliment from your boss for the excellent work........yeyeyeye...

7-staying up all night with our friend...chit-chat till morning...sharing all the secrets with your BFF.....

8-dancing...make your body move and enjoy the music...good to release tension...

9-buying a new outfit...its time for shopping especially when there is BIG sale....yeeyeyeyeye...SALE!!!!you need new things to refresh yourself...i love shopping....but don't be a shopaholic... it'll make you get headache and brooookeeeeeeeeeee....hihihihi....

10-sleeping all day.....ZzzzzzZZZZZZZZ......

EXAM is COMING!!

Hye...lamanya tak update blog..since bila arr?ehm..
da lupa da..sy stuck dalam life sendiri ne, stuck dalam kesibukan yg melampau
yg tak pandai habis & ada saja yg menunggu n memanggil2...asignment la,test la,quizes la, ada presentation la & macam2 la...sibuk sangat..ada tak word lain yg bole describe kesibukan yg melampau ne...ehm tak terkata la..(lebih2 plak...hiperbola tu...hehehhe)..
Inilah reason dia why tak dapat update blog tu...tapi sekarang my Buziest life ended already but the most scariest things sudah datang...huhuhu...here it comes again...ggrrrrrhhh....

EXAM!!

IT'S TIME FOR ME TO STRUGGLING AND STUDYING HARD & SMART ...
ehm...there's no way to runnnNNN.....no short cut...i've to face it...huhuhu..

so wish me luck hopefully i manage to finish my diploma...This year, is my final year and now I'm in the final semester....to all my friends & anybody that struggling for their final semester, i want to say GOOD LUCK & TOGETHER WE STRIVE FOR EXCELLENCE..

ehm..mesti semangat ne mau study...study...study...tapi bila start baca jak terus macam mau zzzZZZZ.....adoi...adoi....kena cari semangat ne...hmmm..

Buat jadual exam la.. supaya bila MALAS & tiada MOOD tengok jadual ne, pastu takut sendiri2..kira motivator jugakla jadual exam ne....
